We are committed to the quality of all our brands and we want you to be in LOVE with your purchases from Hudson & Ash! But hey, we get it. Everyone makes mistakes.
Full priced items purchased in store or online may be returned within 10 days of receipt by mail or in person for a store credit. All items purchased on sale are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged. Your return must be postmarked no later than 10 days after the receipt of your order. Once we have received your package, your store credit will be issued within 3 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Damaged or worn merchandise may not qualify for a refund.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns and exchanges. Hudson & Ash reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise does not comply with our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
